The 3D Pearl Cream Filling Machine is specially designed for decorative filling of skincare creams, gels and compatible cosmetic formulations.
Unlike a conventional filling machine, this model combines servo quantitative filling with a servo-controlled lifting mould to create pearl, spherical, water-drop and other three-dimensional filling effects inside suitable cosmetic containers.
The machine is equipped with a 15L jacketed pressurized hopper with heating and stirring functions. An internal piston separates the pressurizing gas from the cosmetic material, helping maintain controlled material feeding without direct gas contact with the formulation.
With PLC touch-screen control, dual filling nozzles and an adjustable 3–15 mL filling range, the machine is suitable for premium skincare products requiring both accurate dosing and decorative visual presentation.

Q1: What is the main difference between this machine and a normal cream filler?
A: A conventional filler mainly controls filling volume, while this machine combines servo dosing and mould movement to create decorative 3D cream or gel patterns inside the container.
Q2: What kinds of patterns can the machine produce?
A: It can be configured for pearl, spherical, water-drop and other decorative effects. The actual pattern depends on the nozzle, mould, container and product formulation.
Q3: What products are suitable for this machine?
A: It is mainly suitable for skincare cream, cosmetic gel, serum gel and other formulations with suitable viscosity and shape-retention characteristics.
Q4: Can every cream create a 3D pearl pattern?
A: No. The formulation must have suitable viscosity, flow behavior and shape retention. Material testing is recommended before final machine configuration.
Q5: What is the filling range?
A: The reference filling range is approximately 3–15 mL.
