Introduction

The Water Circulation Heated Piston Filling Machine is designed for quantitative filling of lip balm, jam, cream, paste, wax-based materials and other products that require controlled heating during filling.

The machine combines water circulation heating, continuous stirring, pneumatic piston filling and temperature control in one compact system. The heated water circulates around the hopper to maintain a stable material temperature, while the internal stirrer keeps the product evenly mixed and helps prevent premature solidification.

A pneumatic piston system provides stable quantitative filling, while the anti-drip filling nozzle reduces dripping and stringing after each filling cycle. Filling volume and filling speed can be adjusted according to different product viscosities and container sizes.

The machine supports both manual and automatic operating modes, making it suitable for flexible small and medium batch production.

Features

1. The filling volume and filling speed are easily adjustable. It is easy to change bottles of different specifications and shapes without changing parts and easy to adjust.

2. The feed pipe of the equipment is equipped with a start rotary valve, which can be closed in time while filling the material to prevent the material from being filled. Reverse flow of materials occurs, which improves the accuracy of filling materials.
