Introduction

The Cosmetic Cooling Tunnel is designed for rapid cooling and solidification of heat-filled cosmetic products after filling.

It is especially suitable for lipstick, lip balm, deodorant sticks, hair wax, pomade and other wax-based or semi-solid formulations that need controlled cooling before the next packaging process.

The machine adopts an enclosed stainless steel cooling chamber with an integrated refrigeration and temperature-control system. Products are transferred through the cooling area by conveyor, allowing continuous connection with upstream hot filling equipment.

With an adjustable operating temperature of approximately -20°C to 0°C, the system provides controlled cooling to help shorten solidification time and improve production efficiency.
