Our History

Cosmati's manufacturing experience in cosmetic machinery dates back to 2007. From the beginning, our focus has been on the design, development, and manufacturing of equipment for cosmetic and daily chemical production.

Over the years, we have continued to strengthen our technical capabilities in mixing, emulsifying, homogenizing, filling, and packaging equipment. In 2015, technical cooperation with the South Korean emulsification equipment industry further contributed to the development of our processing equipment and manufacturing know-how.

In 2016, Guangzhou Cosmati Technology Co., Ltd. was formally established in Guangzhou, China. During this period, Cosmati continued to absorb international equipment technologies and apply them to product development and production solutions.

As customer requirements evolved, Cosmati expanded from individual cosmetic processing machines to integrated production solutions. Our equipment range now covers vacuum emulsifying mixers, stainless steel mixing tanks, filling machines, capping machines, labeling machines, and complete cosmetic production lines.

2. OEM & Customized Equipment

Cosmati provides flexible OEM and equipment customization services to meet different production requirements.

Customization options can include machine capacity, filling range, nozzle quantity, mixing and homogenizing systems, heating method, control system, voltage, plug type, interface language, machine configuration, logo, and nameplate.

3-Day Drawing Service: Technical drawings can be provided within 3 working days after customized requirements are confirmed.

3. Machine Testing & Video Inspection

Each machine is tested and inspected before shipment to verify its operating performance and overall condition.

We can provide machine testing videos, video factory inspection, and machine test reports to help customers check and confirm their equipment before delivery.

4. Installation, Commissioning & Training

We provide professional installation guidance, commissioning support, and operator training.

Our technical team can assist customers with machine setup, adjustment, operation, cleaning, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting. Field installation, commissioning, and training are also available when required.

5. 24-Hour Online Technical Support

Our technical team provides 24-hour online support through WhatsApp, WeChat, email, phone, and video communication.

Customers can receive remote technical guidance, video support, troubleshooting assistance, and operating advice whenever technical support is required.

6. After-Sales & Remote Warranty
