Introduction
The Automatic Heated Gear Pump Filling Machine is designed for hot filling of wax-based, oil-based and other products that need to remain fluid at a controlled temperature during production.
The system combines a heated material tank, stirring system, gear pump dosing, independently heated product path and filling nozzles, helping maintain a stable material temperature from the hopper to the filling point. This reduces the risk of wax-based products cooling or solidifying inside the filling system.
The current configuration uses two filling nozzles and an automatic conveyor for continuous production. PLC and HMI control allow operators to adjust filling and process parameters conveniently.
It is especially suitable for lip balm, pomade, hair wax, Vaseline-type products, deodorant sticks and other heated cosmetic or personal-care formulations.

FAQ
Q1: What products can this hot filling machine handle?
A: It is mainly designed for lip balm, pomade, hair wax, Vaseline-type balm, deodorant sticks and other wax-based or oil-based products that require heating during filling.
Q2: Why does this machine need a heated hopper?
A: Wax-based products may solidify when their temperature drops. The heated tank helps keep the material fluid and maintain a stable filling condition.
Q3: Are the filling nozzles heated?
A: Yes. According to the current configuration, the pump and filling nozzle sections can be heated independently to help prevent material from cooling and solidifying in the filling path.
Q4: Does the machine have a stirring function?
A: Yes. The material tank is equipped with stirring, with a reference adjustable speed of approximately 0–90 rpm.
Q5: What filling system does the machine use?
A: It uses a gear pump filling system designed to provide stable delivery of heated liquid and semi-viscous materials.
