Cosmati operates a professional cosmetic machinery manufacturing facility in Guangzhou, China, specializing in the design, production, assembly, and testing of cosmetic processing and packaging equipment.

Our factory manufactures a wide range of equipment for cosmetics, personal care products, and daily chemical production, including vacuum emulsifying mixers, stainless steel mixing tanks, homogenizing equipment, filling machines, capping machines, labeling machines, and complete cosmetic production lines.

The factory integrates equipment design, metal processing, welding, polishing, electrical assembly, mechanical assembly, testing, and final inspection. Each machine is manufactured according to the customer’s product characteristics, production capacity, process requirements, and factory layout.

Our engineering team provides customized equipment configurations for different materials such as creams, lotions, gels, shampoos, conditioners, liquid soaps, detergents, and other liquid or viscous products. Equipment capacities, tank sizes, mixing systems, homogenizing systems, filling ranges, control systems, and production line layouts can be customized according to specific production requirements.

Quality control is carried out throughout the entire manufacturing process, from raw material inspection and component selection to equipment assembly, performance testing, and final inspection before shipment. Our manufacturing processes follow ISO 9001 quality management requirements, and applicable equipment is designed to meet European CE requirements.

Before delivery, equipment is tested for mechanical operation, electrical control, mixing or filling performance, sealing, safety, and overall operating stability. Customers can also receive installation guidance, commissioning support, operating instructions, spare parts support, and after-sales technical service.
