Introduction

This 2 heads perfume filling machine is suitable for filling products with good fluidity such as various water preparations and high-foaming products. The machine is compact and reasonable in design and simple in appearance.

It has 2 vacuum filling heads, and its capacity is about 10-20 bpm.

Working principle

It is controlled by air supply. It uses continuous vacuum suction to pump the product into the container.

The surface height is determined by the depth of the filling head into the container, so whether the filling container is consistent or not, the filling liquid level can be kept the same.

The return barrel is of medical grade, and the products in the barrel can be reused.

1. The semi-automatic vacuum negative pressure filling machine is pure pneumatic equipment, electric eye detection, no bottle no filling, this machine has the characteristics of filling and constant liquid level.
