Introduction

The Automatic Deodorant Stick Filling Machine is designed for heated quantitative filling of deodorant sticks, antiperspirant, sunscreen sticks, air freshener balm, roll-on deodorant and other temperature-sensitive cosmetic or personal care products.

The machine integrates material heating, stirring, temperature control and gear pump filling into one automatic system. The jacketed hopper keeps the formulation at a stable processing temperature, while the agitator maintains uniform viscosity during production.

For products that thicken or solidify during transfer, the pump and filling nozzle can be independently heated to maintain smooth material flow. PLC control and automatic conveyor feeding make the machine suitable for continuous stick cosmetic production.
