Introduction

The Automatic Heated Gear Pump Filling Machine is designed for quantitative filling of temperature sensitive liquid, paste and wax based products including deodorant stick, lip balm, ointment, cream, candle wax, petroleum jelly and similar formulations.

The machine integrates material heating, continuous stirring, temperature control and quantitative filling into one production system. The jacketed hopper heats the material evenly while the stirring system continuously circulates the product to maintain stable temperature and consistency during production.

The filling system adopts gear pump quantitative filling, providing stable material delivery for products that are difficult to fill at room temperature. The pump and filling nozzle can be independently heated according to the product requirements, helping reduce cooling, thickening and blockage inside the filling path.

The standard filling range can be customized from approximately 5 to 1000ml, while the reference production speed reaches 20 to 60 bottles per minute depending on filling volume, viscosity and nozzle configuration.

PLC control and automatic conveyor operation make the machine suitable for continuous cosmetic, personal care and wax product production.
