Introduction

The Automatic 12 Head Lipstick Filling Machine is designed for accurate small-volume filling of lipstick, lip balm and other heated cosmetic formulations.

The machine combines material heating, continuous stirring and multi-nozzle filling in one compact production system. Two 20L stainless steel tanks provide sufficient material capacity for continuous production, while the stirring system helps maintain consistent product temperature and texture during filling.

The shown CM-LF-12 model can be configured with up to 12 filling nozzles, allowing multiple lipstick molds or containers to be filled simultaneously. Other configurations including 6, 8 and 10 filling nozzles are also available according to production requirements.

The standard filling range is approximately 1 to 15ml, making the machine suitable for lipstick, lip balm and other small-dose cosmetic products. PLC control simplifies filling parameter adjustment and provides convenient operation during batch production.
