Introduction

This Automatic Body Spray Aerosol Filling Line is designed for continuous aerosol can production, integrating can conveying, liquid filling, valve crimping, propellant filling, actuator feeding and cap feeding into one production line.

The supplied system uses 304 stainless steel construction, pneumatic filling and injection control, independent filling-head adjustment and a no-can-no-fill design. Three liquid filling heads and three injection heads support efficient continuous production while reducing manual handling.

The line is suitable for body spray, deodorant spray, fragrance spray, air freshener, cosmetic aerosol, pharmaceutical spray, chemical aerosol and compatible spray products.
