Model CM-KHJ-10 nozzles lipstick filling machine silicone lipstick is made of stainless steel, it is durable and widely use for many kinds of lipstick.
It fill 10pcs per time, and available to switch into 12or 6 nozzles.
The special design of this machine is it has preheating system for metal mold.


Features:

1) 20L double tank,with SUS304 material,and the contact parts is SUS316L material.

Three layers tank with heating and stirring;
2) Piston filling system is driven by servo motor with numerical control;Rotary valve is dirven by air cylinder;
3) Timing preheat system with signal light is provided for mold before filling;

4) Stirring device is driven by motor;

5) Mold lifting is drive by servo motor.

6) Simple and precise operation by using colorful touch screen interface with numercial control in all aspects;

7) Irregular bottles can be basically filled.
