The Stainless Steel Mixing and Homogenizing Tank is designed for mixing, blending, heating and homogenizing liquid and semi-viscous products used in cosmetic and daily chemical production.
The current 100L configuration combines a top-mounted agitator with an additional homogenizing system for more uniform material processing. The low-speed agitator provides continuous circulation and blending, while the high-speed homogenizing system can be used when stronger dispersion and emulsification are required.
The tank can be equipped with electric heating and tap-water cooling for temperature-controlled processing. Product-contact parts can be made of SS316L, while SUS304 and SUS316L stainless steel configurations are available according to production requirements.
Its compact vertical structure, enclosed tank design, electrical control cabinet and mobile frame make it suitable for flexible small-to-medium batch production.
