The 500L Stainless Steel Heating Homogenizing Mixing Tank is designed for the production of shampoo, liquid detergent, liquid soap, hand sanitizer, shower gel and other daily chemical products.
The machine integrates mixing, heating, homogenizing, cooling and discharging in one system. A wall scraper mixing system helps improve material circulation and reduce product residue on the inner wall, while the optional high-shear rotor-stator homogenizer provides efficient dispersion and emulsification for products requiring a finer and more uniform texture.
The mixing tank can be configured with SUS304 and SS316L stainless steel according to product requirements. Different capacities, heating methods, control systems and homogenizing configurations are available to meet different production needs.
It can be used as an individual processing tank or integrated into a complete liquid detergent production line including water treatment, mixing, filling, capping, labeling and coding equipment.

1. What products can this mixing tank produce?
It is mainly used for shampoo, liquid detergent, laundry detergent, liquid soap, hand soap, hand sanitizer, shower gel and other daily chemical liquid products.
2. What is the capacity of this machine?
Standard capacity options include 500L, 1000L, 2000L, 3000L, 5000L and 10000L. Other configurations can be discussed according to production requirements.
3. Is the tank made of SS316L stainless steel?
The machine can be configured with SUS304 and SS316L stainless steel. The specific material used for product-contact parts and other components can be selected according to your product and process requirements.
4. Does the machine have a homogenizer?
Yes. A high-shear rotor-stator homogenizer can be installed for products requiring dispersion, emulsification and intensive homogenization. The homogenizing speed can reach 0–3000 rpm depending on the configuration.
5. What is the difference between the mixer and homogenizer?
The main mixer is used for overall material circulation and blending. The homogenizer operates at much higher speed and provides intensive shearing and dispersion to obtain a finer and more uniform product.
