500L Hand Wash Soap Detergent Shampoo Shower Gel Conditioner Mixing Machine

Introduction

The 500L Stainless Steel Homogenizing Mixing Tank is designed for production of shampoo, liquid detergent, liquid soap, hand wash, shower gel, conditioner and other daily chemical products.

The machine integrates mixing, heating, homogenizing, cooling and discharging in one processing system. A wall scraper agitator provides stable material circulation and reduces product buildup on the tank wall, while the high shear rotor stator homogenizer operates up to 3000 rpm for efficient dispersion and uniform product texture.

The tank uses SUS304 and SS316L stainless steel according to the selected configuration. Steam, electric or gas heating options are available, while button control or PLC control can be selected according to production requirements.
