The Stainless Steel Mixing and Homogenizing Tank is designed for batch preparation of liquid and medium-viscosity products used in cosmetic, personal care and daily chemical manufacturing.
The system combines a low-speed agitator with a PTFE wall scraper and a high-speed homogenizer. The main agitator continuously circulates the material, while the scraper helps reduce material buildup on the inner wall. The homogenizer provides higher shear for dispersion and more uniform processing when required.
For the configuration, the mixing speed is adjustable up to approximately 63 rpm, while the homogenizing system can operate up to approximately 3000 rpm. Variable-frequency control allows the operating speed to be adjusted according to different formulations.
The fixed vertical tank can also be configured with heating, and the electrical control system is available with button control or optional touch-screen operation.
It is suitable for commercial batch production of shampoo, liquid soap, liquid detergent, hand sanitizer gel and similar cosmetic or daily chemical formulations.

Q1: What products can this mixing tank produce?
A: It is mainly suitable for shampoo, liquid soap, liquid detergent, shower gel, hand sanitizer gel and other liquid or medium-viscosity cosmetic and daily chemical products.
Q2: Does this machine have both mixing and homogenizing functions?
A: Yes. It combines a low-speed agitator with a high-speed homogenizer, allowing both bulk mixing and stronger dispersion in one tank.
Q3: What is the purpose of the PTFE wall scraper?
A: The scraper moves along the inner tank wall during mixing, helping reduce material adhesion and improve circulation, especially for more viscous formulations.
Q4: What is the mixing speed?
A: For the 500L configuration, the reference mixing speed is approximately 0–63 rpm.
Q5: What is the homogenizing speed?
A: The reference homogenizing speed is adjustable up to approximately 3000 rpm.
