Introduction

The 300L Stainless Steel Jacketed Mixing Tank is designed for blending, stirring, heating and homogenizing liquid and medium-viscosity products used in cosmetic and daily chemical production.

The machine combines a top-mounted agitator with a wall-scraping mixing system to promote uniform material circulation and reduce product adhesion to the inner tank wall. According to the current configuration, a bottom homogenizer can also be integrated for higher-speed dispersion and more uniform processing.

The jacketed tank supports steam or electric heating, while cooling can be configured according to the production process. The system is equipped with an independent electrical control cabinet for convenient operation and parameter adjustment.

Its mobile frame with caster wheels makes the unit suitable for flexible batch production of shampoo, liquid soap, hand sanitizer, detergent and similar formulations.
