The 1000L PP Anti-Corrosion Mixing Tank is designed for mixing and blending corrosive chemical liquids where conventional metal tanks may not be suitable.
The tank body is made of polypropylene (PP), providing good resistance to many acidic and alkaline solutions. A top-mounted agitator provides controlled material circulation, with an adjustable mixing speed of approximately 0–80 rpm through an inverter.
With a reference working pressure below 0.01 MPa, this equipment is mainly designed for atmospheric mixing rather than pressure-reaction processes. It is suitable for chemical products such as bleach solutions, toilet cleaners, acidic or alkaline cleaning liquids and other compatible chemical formulations.
Standard capacity is 1000L, while capacities from approximately 50L to 5000L can be customized according to production requirements.

Q1: What chemicals can this PP mixing tank process?
A: It is suitable for many acidic, alkaline and corrosive chemical liquids such as bleach, toilet cleaner and industrial cleaning solutions. Exact compatibility should be confirmed according to the formulation.
Q2: Why use a PP tank instead of stainless steel?
A: PP provides good corrosion resistance against many chemicals that may attack conventional metal tanks, making it suitable for selected acid and alkali applications.
Q3: Can this tank handle any acid or alkali?
A: No. Chemical compatibility depends on the exact chemical, concentration, operating temperature and contact time. These details should be provided before ordering.
Q4: What is the standard capacity?
A: The standard model shown is 1000L. Capacities from approximately 50L to 5000L can be customized.
Q5: What is the mixing speed?
A: The reference speed range is approximately 0–80 rpm with inverter adjustment.
