The 100L Stainless Steel Mixing and Homogenizing Tank is designed for batch mixing, blending, heating and homogenizing of liquid and medium-viscosity cosmetic and daily chemical products.
The machine combines a top-mounted low-speed agitator with a bottom high-speed homogenizer. The main agitator provides continuous material circulation and uniform mixing, while the bottom homogenizer provides stronger shear for dispersion and homogenization when required.
The tank is equipped with a jacketed structure for electric heating and water cooling according to the production process. Mixing speed can be adjusted by inverter, and the homogenizing system can operate at speeds up to approximately 3000 rpm depending on configuration.
The current machine is mounted on caster wheels, making it suitable for flexible small-to-medium batch production and convenient movement inside the workshop.

Q1: What products can this 100L mixing tank process?
A: It is mainly suitable for shampoo, liquid soap, liquid detergent, shower gel, hand wash, hand sanitizer and other liquid or medium-viscosity cosmetic and daily chemical products.
Q2: Does the machine have both mixing and homogenizing functions?
A: Yes. It combines a top-mounted low-speed agitator with a bottom high-speed homogenizer.
Q3: What is the difference between the mixer and homogenizer?
A: The main mixer provides bulk circulation and uniform blending, while the homogenizer provides higher shear for stronger dispersion and improved product uniformity.
Q4: What is the mixing speed?
A: The reference mixing speed is approximately 0–60 rpm and can be adjusted according to the product.
Q5: What is the homogenizing speed?
A: The homogenizing system can operate up to approximately 3000 rpm depending on configuration.
