The 50–200L Vacuum Emulsifying Mixer is a compact production system developed for small and medium cosmetic batches. Its hydraulic lifting lid and tilting mixing tank make cleaning, inspection
and high-viscosity product discharge much easier. Combined with vacuum emulsification, wall scraping and high-shear homogenizing, it is ideal for producing cream, lotion, gel, ointment and other cosmetic paste product

  1. Vacuum Emulsifying & Deaeration
    The vacuum system helps remove trapped air during mixing, improving product texture, appearance and emulsification stability.
  2. Hydraulic Lifting & Tilting Tank
    The mixing lid can be hydraulically lifted for convenient cleaning and maintenance, while the tilting tank allows easier discharge of high-viscosity products.
  3. High-Shear Homogenizing System
    Provides strong shearing and dispersion to produce finer, smoother and more uniform emulsions.
  4. Heating & Cooling Jacket
