Introduction

The Vacuum Emulsifying Mixer is designed for high-speed shearing, emulsifying, dispersing, mixing and vacuum deaeration of liquid and paste materials. It combines low-speed scraping agitation with high-speed homogenization to achieve fine, uniform and stable emulsification while effectively reducing air bubbles during production.The machine is widely used in the cosmetic, personal care and daily chemical industries for producing cream, lotion, ointment, gel, shampoo, conditioner and other emulsified products. PLC touch screen control or push-button control is available according to different production requirements.
