Introduction

The High Shear Lift Homogenizer Disperser Mixer is designed for efficient mixing, dispersing and homogenizing of liquid, semi-liquid and medium-viscosity materials. The high-speed rotor-stator homogenizing head generates strong shear force to break down agglomerates and improve material dispersion, helping achieve a finer and more uniform product consistency.

The lifting structure allows the homogenizing head to be raised or lowered for convenient loading, container replacement and cleaning. The mobile stainless steel tank and compact machine design make it suitable for batch production across cosmetics, chemicals, coatings and other processing applications.
