500L Heated Liquid Soap Detergent Mixing Tank Hand Soap High Shear Homogenizer

Introduction

The 500L Heated Liquid Soap Detergent Mixing Tank is designed for batch production of liquid soap, hand soap, detergent, shower gel, shampoo, hand sanitizer and other daily chemical products.

The machine integrates scraper mixing, paddle agitation, high shear homogenizing, heating and discharging into one stainless steel processing system. The double-jacketed tank supports steam or electric heating, while the scraper mixer continuously circulates material and reduces buildup on the vessel wall.

A high-speed homogenizer operating up to approximately 3000 rpm improves dispersion and product uniformity. The standard configuration uses an electric control box, while tank capacity can be customized from approximately 50L to 5000L according to production requirements.
