The 1000L Stainless Steel Industrial Mixing Tank is designed for large-batch blending and processing of liquid and semi-viscous products used in cosmetic, personal care and daily chemical manufacturing.
The machine uses a top-mounted AC motor and agitator to provide continuous material circulation and uniform mixing. The adjustable stirring speed of 0–60 rpm is suitable for products such as shampoo, liquid soap, detergent, body wash and other liquid formulations.
The system is installed with a stainless steel working platform, stairs and centralized electrical control cabinet, providing convenient access for material feeding, operation and inspection. SUS304 and SUS316 stainless steel options are available according to different product and production requirements.
