Q2: What is the tank capacity?
A: The current model is designed around a 2000L capacity. Other capacities can be customized according to the required batch size.
Q3: Why is polypropylene used instead of stainless steel?
A: PP provides good corrosion resistance against many acids, alkalis and chemical solutions, making it suitable for applications where certain chemicals may attack ordinary metal tanks.
Q4: Can the tank handle all acids and alkalis?
A: No material is suitable for every chemical condition. Compatibility depends on the chemical type, concentration, operating temperature and contact time. Customers should provide the exact formulation before configuration is confirmed.
Q5: What is the mixing speed?
A: The reference agitator speed is adjustable from approximately 0–60 rpm, suitable for controlled blending of many chemical liquids.
