Introduction
This 2000L Stainless Steel Mixing Tank is designed for large-batch production of shampoo, liquid detergent, liquid soap, hand sanitizer and other liquid daily chemical products.
The system uses a top-mounted agitator to provide continuous material circulation and uniform blending during production. Steam heating or electric heating can be configured according to the required process. The large stainless steel tank is installed beside an elevated working platform, allowing operators to access the upper tank area conveniently for inspection, material feeding and routine operation.
With a reference motor power of 7.5 kW, this industrial mixing tank is suitable for commercial batch production where stable mixing, large capacity and flexible process configuration are required.

FAQ
Q1: What products can this mixing tank produce?
A: It is mainly suitable for shampoo, liquid detergent, liquid soap, hand sanitizer, body wash and other low-to-medium viscosity daily chemical liquids.
Q2: What is the capacity of the machine shown?
A: The current reference configuration is 2000L. Other capacities can be customized according to the customer's required batch size.
Q3: Is this a homogenizer or high-shear mixer?
A: The machine shown is primarily a large-capacity agitator mixing tank. A high-shear homogenizer should only be added if required by the customer's formulation and machine configuration.
Q4: Where is the agitator installed?
A: The machine shown uses a top-mounted agitator driven by the motor installed above the tank.
Q5: Can the machine heat the material?
A: Yes. Steam heating or electric heating can be configured according to the required production process.
