The 500L Shampoo Mixing Tank Liquid Soap Shower Gel Homogenizing Production Machine is designed for daily chemical liquid manufacturing including shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap, hand wash, detergent and similar products.
The system integrates mixing, dispersing, heating, homogenizing, temperature control and cooling according to the selected configuration. The main agitator provides stable material circulation, while the PTFE wall scraper helps reduce material buildup on the inner tank wall and improves mixing uniformity.
A high shear homogenizer can operate up to 3000 rpm, providing intensive dispersion and homogenization for formulas requiring a finer and more consistent texture.
Product contact parts are made from SS316L stainless steel according to the supplied configuration. The machine adopts a vertical structure with an operating platform and can be configured as a single tank or multi tank production system.
The displayed model is based on a 500L configuration, while customized capacities from 50L to 20000L are available according to production requirements.

1. What products can this mixing tank produce?
The machine is suitable for shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap, hand wash, detergent, hair conditioner and other daily chemical liquid products.
2. What is the standard capacity?
The displayed configuration is based on 500L.
Customized capacities from 50L to 20000L are available according to production requirements.
3. Does the machine include a homogenizer?
Yes. The machine can be equipped with a high shear homogenizer operating up to 3000 rpm.
4. What is the mixer speed?
The supplied configuration shows mixer speeds around 0 to 60 rpm, while reference models can operate up to approximately 65 rpm depending on capacity.
5. What is the difference between mixing and homogenizing?
The mixer provides overall circulation and blending throughout the tank.
The homogenizer operates at much higher speed and creates stronger shear force for finer dispersing and homogenizing.
