The 500LPH Industrial Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment System is designed to produce stable purified and demineralized process water for cosmetics, food processing, daily chemicals and industrial manufacturing.
The system combines quartz sand filtration, activated carbon filtration, precision filtration and reverse osmosis membrane separation to reduce suspended solids, chlorine, dissolved salts, ions and other impurities in raw water.
The supplied 500L/H configuration adopts a SUS304 stainless steel structure, U-PVC pipeline, RO membrane system, booster pump, pressure monitoring, flow meters and control cabinet, providing a compact and practical purified water solution for production plants.

1. What is the capacity of this RO water treatment system?
The standard configuration shown has a purified water capacity of approximately 500L/H or 0.5T/H.
Other capacities can be customized according to production requirements.
2. What purification stages are included?
The standard process includes quartz sand filtration, activated carbon filtration, precision filtration and reverse osmosis membrane treatment.
3. What is the expected outlet water conductivity?
Based on the supplied parameters, the reference outlet conductivity is approximately 3–8μS/cm when suitable raw water conditions are provided.
4. What raw water quality is recommended?
The supplied reference raw water conductivity is ≤300μS/cm.
For other water sources, we recommend providing a raw water analysis before final system selection.
5. Can this system treat groundwater?
Yes, but groundwater quality varies significantly.
Iron, manganese, hardness, suspended solids and TDS should be tested first so that suitable pretreatment can be configured.
