1. What is this industrial RO water treatment equipment used for?
This industrial RO water treatment equipment is designed to produce purified process water for cosmetic, food, pharmaceutical, chemical and general manufacturing applications.
2. What is the water production capacity?
The standard model provides approximately 500 L/H purified water capacity. Other capacities can be customized according to daily water consumption and production requirements.
3. What treatment processes are included?
The system can combine sand filtration, activated carbon filtration, resin softening, precision filtration and reverse osmosis membrane treatment to remove suspended solids, chlorine, hardness and dissolved impurities.
4. Does this machine include a water softener?
The pretreatment section can include a resin water softener to reduce calcium and magnesium hardness before the RO membrane. This helps reduce scaling and extend membrane service life.
5. Can this system produce deionized water?
Standard RO treatment significantly reduces dissolved ions, but RO water is not always equivalent to high-purity deionized water.
If lower conductivity is required, ion exchange, mixed-bed resin or EDI polishing can be added after the RO stage.
