Introduction

This rotary perfume filling machine is designed for perfume, fragrance, cologne and other low-viscosity cosmetic liquids. Unlike conventional linear filling equipment, the rotary indexing platform moves bottles through multiple working positions in a compact machine layout, making it suitable for stable batch production and factories with limited floor space.

According to the supplied configuration, the machine supports a 5–1000ml filling range, 10 filling nozzles and filling accuracy of approximately ±1%. Bottle fixtures and operating parameters can be adjusted according to different perfume bottle sizes, helping manufacturers handle multiple fragrance SKUs on one machine.

The stainless steel structure provides durability and easier routine cleaning. Depending on the final bottle and closure design, the rotary platform can also be configured to work with pump insertion, crimping, capping or other perfume packaging stations, creating a more integrated fragrance bottling solution.
