Introduction
The Semi-Automatic Pneumatic Piston Filling Machine is designed for accurate filling of liquid, cream, paste and other medium-to-high viscosity products.
The machine uses a pneumatic piston dosing system to draw and dispense a preset volume of material during each filling cycle. The filling volume can be adjusted according to different container sizes and production requirements.
A stainless steel hopper provides direct gravity feeding, while the foot pedal allows convenient operator-controlled filling. The compact vertical structure and caster wheels make the machine suitable for flexible small and medium batch production.
SUS304 or SUS316L product-contact materials can be selected according to the application. The machine is suitable for cosmetics, personal care, food and chemical products when the appropriate material and filling configuration are selected.

Q2: Is this machine suitable for high-viscosity paste?
A: Yes. The pneumatic piston system is suitable for many high-viscosity products. Very thick materials should be evaluated according to actual viscosity and filling volume.
Q3: What is the filling volume range?
A: Filling configurations from approximately 10 to 1000 mL are available. The actual range depends on the selected piston cylinder.
Q4: Can one machine cover the full 10–1000 mL range?
A: Not necessarily. Different filling ranges may require different piston cylinder configurations. The required minimum and maximum filling volumes should be confirmed before ordering.
Q5: How many filling nozzles does the machine have?
A: The machine shown uses one filling nozzle. 2-nozzle or other configurations can be supplied according to production requirements.
