Product Introduction

The Perfume Freezing Filtration Machine is designed for cooling, clarification and filtration of perfume, fragrance and other low-viscosity cosmetic liquids.

During perfume production, low-temperature treatment helps separate waxes, suspended particles and other impurities that may affect product clarity. After chilling, the liquid is transferred through the filtration system by a pneumatic diaphragm pump to obtain a cleaner and clearer finished product.

The system integrates a stainless steel cooling tank, refrigeration unit, filtration units, pneumatic diaphragm pump, sanitary piping and electrical controls on a compact mobile frame. It is suitable for perfume factories, fragrance manufacturers and cosmetic production facilities requiring controlled cooling and fine filtration.
