A cosmetics manufacturer contacted Cosmati looking for a customized mixing tank for lotion and shampoo production.

The customer needed a large-batch mixing system with electric heating, agitation and scraping functions. Mobility was also important because the equipment needed to be moved within the production area.

For higher-viscosity products, Cosmati can recommend a suitable pump configuration according to the actual material properties.

Optional Homogenizing Solution

During the technical discussion, the customer also evaluated whether a bottom homogenizer was necessary.

Cosmati explained that homogenization is not required for every product. Its necessity depends on the formulation, viscosity and desired product consistency.

For customers planning to produce a wider range of formulations in the future, a homogenizing system can also be considered as part of the equipment configuration.

This helps avoid unnecessary equipment functions while still leaving room for future production requirements.

Documentation and Technical Support

The customer also requested technical documentation related to the machine.

Cosmati discussed available equipment manuals and CE-related documentation as part of the project communication.

Technical drawings, equipment dimensions and operating requirements were reviewed before the final configuration was confirmed.
