A cosmetics manufacturer contacted Cosmati while preparing a new hydrogel eye patch production project.
The customer needed a production solution suitable for hydrogel eye patches packed in cosmetic jars. Because the product shape, material preparation process and packaging method were different from conventional facial mask production, the equipment needed to be configured according to the actual product requirements rather than using a standard solution.
During the early project discussions, our team focused on the complete production process, including material preparation, eye patch forming and cutting, filling requirements, equipment cleaning and overall production compatibility.
The customer wanted a solution that could support stable hydrogel eye patch production while fitting their existing production conditions.
The main requirements included:
Instead of recommending individual machines separately, Cosmati evaluated how each production stage would work together.
The shape and dimensions of hydrogel eye patches can vary depending on the final cosmetic product.
For this reason, the forming and cutting section was configured according to the customer's product requirements.
Before equipment production, product information and technical requirements were reviewed so that the machine configuration could better match the final application.
Material preparation is an important part of hydrogel eye patch production.
During the project discussion, different mixing configurations were evaluated according to the characteristics of the material and the required processing functions.
Cosmati proposed a suitable mixing solution integrating functions such as:
Heating · Mixing · Homogenizing · Vacuum Processing
The final configuration can be adjusted according to the customer's formulation process, batch size and production requirements.
The project was not limited to the eye patch forming machine.
The downstream filling process was also considered when planning the overall production solution, helping the customer connect material preparation, eye patch production and final packaging more effectively.
This integrated approach allows different equipment stages to work together as part of a complete cosmetic production process.
For customized cosmetic equipment projects, understanding the product before manufacturing is essential.
The project followed a process similar to:
Product Requirement → Process Analysis → Equipment Selection → Configuration Confirmation → Technical Drawing → Manufacturing
During this process, Cosmati communicated with the customer about product characteristics, equipment functions, factory conditions and production requirements before finalizing the solution.
The source material also shows that technical drawings, machine dimensions and production arrangements were discussed before the equipment moved further into production.
After several rounds of technical communication and equipment configuration adjustments, the customized production solution was confirmed.
This project demonstrates Cosmati's approach to cosmetic machinery projects:
We do not simply supply machines. We help customers select and configure equipment based on their products, production processes and factory requirements.
For specialized cosmetic products such as hydrogel eye patches, early evaluation of the material process, product shape, packaging method and production workflow can help create a more suitable equipment solution.
Cosmati provides customized processing and packaging equipment for cosmetic and daily chemical products, including:
Hydrogel Eye Patches · Facial Masks · Creams · Lotions · Gels · Serums · Shampoo · Liquid Detergent
Our solutions can cover:
Mixing → Homogenizing → Forming → Filling → Capping → Labeling → Packaging
Equipment configurations can be customized according to your product, required capacity and factory conditions.
Send us your product information, required production capacity and packaging format to discuss a suitable equipment solution.
