1. Do a good job in daily cleaning and sanitation of the emulsifier.

2. Maintenance of electrical equipment: It is necessary to ensure that the equipment and electrical control system are clean and hygienic, moisture-proof and corrosion-proof, and the inverter must be well ventilated and dust-removed. If this aspect is not done well, it may have a great impact on electrical equipment, and even burn out electrical equipment. (Note: Before electrical maintenance, turn off the main switch, lock the electrical box with a padlock, and do a good job of safety signs and safety protection).

3. Heating system: The safety valve should be checked regularly to prevent the valve from becoming rusty and failing. The trap should be checked regularly to prevent clogging by debris.

4. Vacuum system: The vacuum system, especially the water ring vacuum pump, may cause the motor to burn due to rust or debris, which may jam the rotor during use. Therefore, check whether there is a blocked rotor during daily maintenance. Circumstances; the water ring system should be kept unblocked. If there is a blockage when the vacuum pump is started during use, the vacuum pump should be stopped immediately, and the vacuum pump can be restarted after cleaning.

5. Sealing system: The emulsifier has many seals. The mechanical seal should be replaced with the static and dynamic rings regularly. The cycle depends on the frequent use of the equipment. The double-end mechanical seal should always check the cooling system to avoid cooling failure and burn the mechanical seal; the skeleton seal should According to the characteristics of the material, select the appropriate material and replace it regularly according to the maintenance manual during use.

6. Lubrication: For motors and reducers, replace the lubricating grease regularly according to the manual. If you use it frequently, check the viscosity and acidity of the lubricating grease in advance, and replace the lubricating oil in advance.

7. During the use of the equipment, the user must periodically send the instruments and meters to the relevant departments for verification to ensure the safety of the equipment.

8. If the emulsifier has abnormal noises or other failures during operation, it should be shut down immediately for inspection and operation after the failure has been eliminated.
